Nursery Nurse / Nursery Practitioner Sevenoaks
Option for the successful candidate to work with any age group based on experience and preference
Level 2 or 3 qualified
Part time or full time can be considered
4 day working week
We are currently recruiting 2 x Nursery Practitioners for our our beautiful, 80 place children’s day nursery and preschool in Sevenoaks, a short walk from the train station and town centre.
Looking for individuals who can promote high quality care in a stimulating, rich learning environment which offers wonderful opportunities for all ages of children from 3 months–5 years.

Main responsibilities of the Nursery Nurse / Nursery Practitioner Sevenoaks:
- Provide a positive learning environment that offers choice, independence and a range of experiences, whilst meeting all of the children’s needs.
- Be able to have key person responsibility and carry out daily and individual planning.
- Ensuring a safe, secure and caring environment for the well-being of the children.
- Assisting the Nursery Management in all aspects of providing day to day high quality childcare.
The ideal candidate will;
- Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe.
- Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five.
- Be qualified to NVQ level 2 / 3 or equivalent in childcare (highly desirable)
- Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS – Early Years Foundation Stages
