Nursery Nurse / Nursery Assistant / Nursery Practitioner High Wycombe
We are currently recruiting 2 x Nursery Practitioners for our stunning, award winning children’s day nursery and preschool in High Wycombe!
Looking for individuals who can promote high quality care in a stimulating, happy and rich learning environment which offers wonderful opportunities for all ages of children from 3 months – 5 years.

Looking for either existing Early Years Practitioners (qualified to Level 3 or above) who are looking for a new challenge, or someone who has recently started in Early Years, that has a passion for working with children. We have funded training options available for anyone looking to take their first Early Years Level, or if you are looking to progress in your career through continued education.
Main responsibilities of the Nursery Assistant / Nursery Practitioner High Wycombe:
- Provide a positive and happy learning environment that offers choice, independence and a range of experiences, whilst meeting all of the children’s needs
- Be able to have key person responsibility and carry out daily and individual planning
- Ensuring a safe, secure and caring environment for the well-being of the children
- Assisting the Nursery Management in all aspects of providing day to day high quality childcare
The ideal candidate will;
- Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe.
- Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five.
- Be qualified to Level 2, 3 or equivalent in childcare (highly desirable)
- Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS – Early Years Foundation Stages
