Nursery Practitioner Godalming
Level 3 – £14.40ph
Level 2 – £13.40ph
Unqualified – Negotiable salary with funded training packages available
40 hours per week, work over 4 or 5 days, whichever suits you best. We also have Part time or Term time only vacancies available for qualified staff.

We currently have an opportunity for 2 staff to join our team at our Outstanding rated children’s day nursery and preschool in Godalming, right by the main high street and only a 6 minute train from Guildford station. Successful candidates can either be unqualified (ideally with some childcare experience), L2 or 3 qualified or a Room Leader, salary brackets as above.

Role responsibilities include:
- Supporting the staff and management in providing the highest level of support and learning
- Creating a supportive and inclusive environment for the children
- Observations and write ups on children’s development
- Making the most of the beautiful surroundings by using our fully equipped garden and taking the children on day trips to local parks, farms and more
The ideal Nursery assistant / Nursery Practitioner candidate will;
- Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe
- Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five
- Hold a minimum level 2 childcare qualification (highly desirable)
- Have a good understanding of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stages)
- Be able to work well in a team
