Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Nurse, Henley
We are currently recruiting 2 x Nursery Nurses for our stunning, new refurbished children’s day nursery and preschool in Henley-On-Thames, within walking distance of the town centre and train station.
Looking for individuals who can promote high quality care in a stimulating, happy and rich learning environment which offers wonderful opportunities for all ages of children from 3 months – 5 years.

Looking for either existing Early Years / Nursery Practitioners (qualified to Level 2 or above) who are looking for a new challenge, or someone who does not yet hold an Early Years qualification, that has a passion for working with children. We have funded training options available for anyone looking to take their first EY Level, or if you are looking to progress in your career through continued education.
Main responsibilities of the Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Nurse:
- Provide a positive and happy learning environment that offers choice, independence and a range of experiences, whilst meeting all of the children’s needs.
- Be able to have key person responsibility and carry out daily and individual planning.
- Ensuring a safe, secure and caring environment for the well-being of the children.
- Assisting the Nursery Management in all aspects of providing day to day high quality childcare.
The ideal candidate will;
- Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe.
- Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five.
- Be qualified to Level 2, 3 or equivalent in childcare (highly desirable)
- Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS – Early Years Foundation Stages
