Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Assistant Hove
An amazing opportunity has come up at a stunning, outstanding rated nursery / preschool in Brighton/Hove, who are looking to recruit new talent having recently promoted several people within the setting.
We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic people who have a real passion for working with and developing young minds. We are happy to look at qualified (level 2, 3 or above), or unqualified / apprentices who are looking to develop in their careers and are happy to take on the required courses. The managers value their exceptionally hard-working staff and they invest extensively in high-quality continued professional development and supervision.
Main responsibilities of the Nursery Assistant Hove include:

Supporting the staff and management in providing the highest level of support and learning

Creating a supportive and inclusive environment for the children

Observations and write ups on children’s development

Making the most of the beautiful surroundings by taking children on day trips to the beach, local parks, farms and more
The ideal candidate will:
-
Be passionate about childcare
-
Hold a childcare qualification (NVQ2+), desirable but not essential as full training and qualifications will be provided for the right person

Have an understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stages (EYFS), desirable but not essential

Have great communication skills
-
Be ambitious and hard working
