Before & After School Club Assistant, Beaconsfield
Before & After School club assistant Beaconsfield Term Time only.
Hours:
Flexible hours – Either breakfast or afterschool or both, we can also discuss less days if required.
Breakfast club Monday – Friday 7.30am -9.00am
Afterschool club 3pm -5.30 or 6pm.
Additional hours are available in the middle of the day if required.
We are a lovely breakfast and After-School Club affiliated with an Outstanding rated nursery and preschool based in Beaconsfield. Dedicated to providing fun filled childcare at our After-School Club.
We’re looking for someone to be part of our friendly team at our breakfast and after school club.
We are open Monday – Friday during the school term.
Breakfast club is 7.30 – 9.00am and Afterschool club is 3pm to 6pm.
If more hours are required per week, we have the option for you to pick up additional hours in the nursery / preschool if desired.
Your job will be varied and fun. This will include playing sports with the children, engaging in arts and crafts, overseeing educational play and mealtime (all the food is prepared off site).
We are looking for candidates ideally with experience of working with children. If you have a qualification in Childcare Level 2 or above, or Playwork that would be a bonus but is not required.
Job Description:
- To look after children when from the end of their school day until they are collected by their parents
- Supervise and ensure all play and activity is fun and engaging
- Ensure children are safe and happy
- Participate in children’s group games
- Support children’s art and craft work
- You will speak to parents and carers when children are collected to answer questions and provide feedback
Part-time hours: afternoons and additional hours available if required. TERM TIME ONLY.
